Evaluation & Inspection

BTP Systems can perform evaluation and inspection on complex electromechanical systems down to circuit card assemblies and individual machined components.  Evaluations for repair include visual inspection and functional testing (see our section on Testing).  Services include:

• Full Teardown, Inspect and Evaluation (TI&E) services for military systems.

• Torque measurements of positioning systems with failure analysis of the bearing and motors.

• Root cause and corrective action (RCCA) of system and component failures.

• Full metrology services including automated coordinate measuring machine (CMM)
