Our team’s roots are in the integration and testing of complex
electromechanical and RF systems. While the majority of our
experience is with US military satellite communications (MilSATCOM)
systems, we also have experience with rocket propulsion,
laser-optics and automated industrial machinery systems.
Whether it’s a new production, repair or field support, our
engineering staff tackles all the disciplines required to handle
the challenges of each system. When acting as technical
lead of an integrated solutions team, we remain close to the technical
details of our subcontractors and their contributions to the performance of the system. Our
team has worked within the following disciplines:
-
Computer machine interface and control (Labview, Visual
Basic, VME, PLCs)
-
Motor control and synchro/servo interface
-
Electrical cabling paths and slip rings
-
Active and passive RF components, coax and waveguide for
microwave and millimeter wave systems
-
Parabolic antenna design and testing (far field)
-
Precision instrument grade bearings of all types, especially
preloaded designs
-
Precision machined components including military grades of
aluminum alloys, stainless steel and titanium
-
Circuit board assembly and test
-
Composite construction and repairs
-
Mil-spec plating and finishing
