Systems can offer individuals with over 15 years of Program/Project
Management experience. This includes the complete involvement and
overview of program sensitive areas such as Contract Management and
Negotiation, Budgeting, Engineering, Scheduling, Manufacturing,
Departmental Teaming, and the coordination of each of these items.
We have managed numerous programs from the concept/prototype phase
through an entire production run. Each program is given the proper
level of experience and commitment to see it through successfully.
The majority of this experience is in the Military field, but we also
have individuals that have negotiated, captured, and successfully managed
multi-million dollar commercial accounts.
