Precision Machining
BTP System offers
precision machining capabilities.
We work with a wide variety of materials from stainless steel and
titanium to Inconel, Teflon and rigid foam. In addition to using traditional paper
prints, our engineers and CNC technicians can directly translate your CAD
drawings for use on our CNC milling and turning machines.
Most of our machining is
performed for DoD systems. We can provide material certifications and
evidence of compliance to all military specifications. We also provide First Article
Verification with full dimensional reports (see our section on Evaluation
and Inspection).
