BTP Systems has comprehensive facility resources. They are
geared around our core customers, with ample indoor space
available to allocate toward emergent prototyping, evaluation or
short-run manufacturing programs.

Our primary facility covers
13,300 square feet, including 11,000 square feet of high-bay area. Resources
include RF component and assembly test equipment up to 50 GHz, a
compact indoor antenna test range, two environmental chambers,
a High Bay
Dual Boom Bridge Crane,
secure GFE/CFE inventory storage, and a full complement of
fixtures, handling, assembly and integration infrastructure.
Also available are a portable white room/clean room environment,
multiple ESD work stations, dessicated compressed air, dedicated
three-phase or single-phase power for product testing or
support.

We have
secure lockers for GFE and other sensitive
equipment, and a large shipping and staging area for transport
and long-term storage of finished products.
In addition to the manufacturing area, we have offices for our
management and engineering staff, and a conference room with
media tools for use by our team and our customers.

Our
on-site machine shop
has produced a wide array of precision hardware across multiple
military SATCOM programs, both for production and prototype
efforts, and continues to provide high-quality components for
our ongoing repair programs.. Our Quality inspection facilities include a
Starrett CMM unit, 4 x 6 ft surface plates, and extensive gage
blocks with which to perform periodic and First Article
Verification inspections.
Lastly, our partner's millimeter-wave design facility in
Haverhill, MA has
produced numerous amplifiers and filter converter assemblies for
both military and commercial applications up to 94 GHz.
